Mission Accomplished: Overcoming Challenges at One of London’s Most Strategic Stations!

The Re-Railing works at Bank Station/Tunnel were critical and had a significant impact to operational prominence at the DLR.

Encumbered with safety, logistical, engineering and deliverability concerns ASH worked closely with the DLR team in planning the works.

Their flexible and open approach in an evolving project allowed us to make sure we were able to deliver 1600m re-railing and drop 96 welds whilst Bank Station remained operational during the busy Christmas period.

We look forward working with ASH in the future and developing our working relationships further.

On Time & Professional Staff!

Keltbray have had the pleasure in working with ASH for approx. the past 3 years.

The works started off as just labour supply supplying everything from skilled trackmen up to Track hand backs and TQS. In these years we have never been let down with the professional approach and willing to help out where ever they can. Even when we receive late requests ASH always seem to be able to supply the correct staff with correct competencies 

All staff turn up on time and just get on with the job in hand very professional aware of others and safety

We also work with the project team who can assist in delivering a whole job from the planning stages to TOC working closely with excellent communication throughout the project.

In the past these works have included the following. Re-rails, S+C refurbs IBJ recoveries, & sleeper changing

Quality of labour work completed is EXCELLENT

Overall, we are very satisfied with ASH Construction's performance. The quality of work completed is excellent, and projects are consistently delivered on time. The team is proactive and maintains strong interpersonal relationships with project team members, which makes collaboration seamless and enjoyable.

One area for improvement would be ensuring a clearer understanding of requirements and providing more notice when accommodations, such as hotels for employees, are needed.

Despite this, we are thoroughly impressed with ASH Construction and look forward to working with them again in the future!
