Mental Health Week

Last week was a bit chaotic, but it highlighted just how important Mental Health Week really is to us at ASH Construction Group.
 
This week, we took a more intentional approach to social value and wellbeing by treating staff to a Starbucks and stepping away from the desk for a walk and a proper reset. ☕

Small moments like this matter. Creating space to pause, talk, and reset supports mental wellbeing, strengthens team connection, and reinforces our commitment to a positive workplace culture.
 
Because looking after our people isn’t just a week-long initiative it’s something we aim to embed into our everyday values. 💙
