Croydon Brickwork

One of our incredible teams from ASH Construction Group recently completed this Bridge repair in South Croydon. Over the Christmas period, the bridge was removed by our client and the new bridge was lifted into place, then our team constructed the new brickwork piers. Over the New year period, we returned to build the brickwork encasement adjacent to new concrete upstands. This was built in English bond and angle corners using squint bricks. The point was weather struck to match existing pointing underneath the arch on the tunnel. Overall a rather impressive finish in very difficult weather conditions
