ASH CG Fundraiser Fun Run for Mens Mental Health

ASH Construction Group are holding our first ever Fundraising Fun Run for Mens Mental Health on Sunday 17th July 2022.
We employ over 200 Men within our Company and we want to raise awareness of the importance of Mental Health & Wellbeing.

Suicide is the biggest Killer of Men Under 45 in the UK & many do not have access to or know where they are able to seek professional help.
Self & Sea is a new innovative 'Walk In' Therapy Space located in Margate, Kent & provides many ways for Men & Women to seek help quickly & privately. We are delighted to raise funds for them to provide an 8 week walk in Mens Mental Health Support Group (Mid Week Evening) hosted by a Male, to talk ANYTHING with regards to their Mental Health. 📍Participants, friends and family please meet at 'The Waves Bed & Breakfast' Minnis Bay, Kent CT7 9QP to register your name and one of our Hi Vis Light Vests)to wear during.
This is the most beautiful route to Reculver & back (approx 7 miles).
You are welcome to run, jog walk or cycle.
There will be a FREE Ice Cream or Drink for all participants that donate or raise at least £10. We will have Marshalls at 1/4 points with water and encouragement also 🥃

Children, friends and family are more than welcome.
